Deprecation: Seller Performance Refunds APIs

Date: March 26, 2026

Legacy Refunds API endpoints are being deprecated. While these endpoints will remain accessible during the deprecation period, they will be permanently removed, as Refund Rate is no longer included in Seller Performance Standards.

Sellers and solution providers currently using these endpoints should migrate to the replacement APIs to prevent any disruption.

This change impacts any integrations, reporting workflows, dashboards, or analytics that rely on the Refunds performance endpoints.

Why it matters

Once the deprecation period ends, calls to the Refunds endpoints will no longer be supported and may fail. Timely migration helps ensure uninterrupted access to performance insights and reduces the risk of integration issues.

Next steps

  • Identify any integrations or reports using the deprecated Refunds endpoints
  • Migrate to the Returns and Item Not Received endpoints
  • Validate updated integrations in lower environments
  • Complete migration as soon as possible to avoid service disruption
