WFS on-request reports

The WFS on-request reports guide explains how to generate and retrieve Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) reports using the On-request Report Management APIs. These reports provide detailed visibility into sales, growth, inventory, payments and fees.

All WFS reports are generated asynchronously and made available for download once processing is complete.

How it works

WFS reports follow a consistent asynchronous workflow:

1. Submit a report request
2. Check the report status
3. Download the report once it is ready

Key capabilities

• Generate reports on demand using reportType

• Filter report data using row-level filters (rangeFilter, enumFilter, multiValueFilter)

• Define custom date ranges using dataStartTime and dataEndTime

• Exclude specific columns from report output

• Retrieve report request history (last 30 days)
