Walmart+ Seller-Fulfilled Fulfillment (SFF)

Walmart+ is a premium membership program that offers fast, free shipping, and a seamless shopping experience for customers. As a Marketplace SFF seller, you can connect your best-performing item listings, such as top-selling products or SKUs, with Walmart’s most loyal shoppers by participating in Walmart+.

Item listings that meet Walmart’s fulfillment and quality standards are eligible to earn the Walmart+ badge. This badge increases visibility, builds trust with buyers and helps drive more sales.

Eligibility model

To qualify for W+ enrollment, both sellers and their products must meet the following requirements:

Seller requirements

  • Order volume: You must have fulfilled at least 100 orders in the past 90 days.
  • On-time delivery (OTD) rate: Your seller fault OTD rate must be greater than 90% over the past 30 days.
  • Cancellation rate: Your seller cancellation rate must be less than 2.5% over the past 30 days.

Product requirements

  • Delivery promise: The product offer must promise delivery within two calendar days or less.

How the API works

Through the Bulk Item Enrollment for Walmart+ API, SFF sellers can enroll their qualifying item listings into Walmart+, connecting their best-performing items with Walmart’s most loyal customers.

  1. Prepare your feed using the Walmart‑provided Excel template or the JSON file for the PROGRAM_ACTIONS feed type.
  2. Include this information and save the file:
    • Action Type (Enroll or Unenroll)
    • SKU ID (the product or item to enroll or unenroll)
  1. Upload the file using the API endpoint.
  2. Track processing using the returned feedId with the Feed Status API.
